CANADA (VANCOUVER) - Marijke
I went to Vancouver, Canada. It was a fantastic experience for me, not only the trip itself, but you learn so many things about the world people and yourself. It's a great feeling to be so independant and free. The world has a lot to offer!

SPAIN (BARCELONA) - Jo
I didn’t know any Spanish when I arrived there but that was never a problem.  I tried to express myself and my host family helped me a lot and tried to understand me.  Because of the school and the wonderful teachers, you progress every day and I ended up talking about a lot of different things!

ENGLAND (LONDON) - Lies

It was excellent ! London is a great city. My host family was amazing, I learned a lot, not only English ! I met a lot of people from aal over the world ! The combinaison sourses-holiday was very good ! I will never forget this amazing experience !

USA (LOS ANGELES) SUMMER PROGRAM - Inne
If you want to have the time of your life, just do it!  Try to enjoy every second because it’s over too soon.  Try to realize very soon that you are in the USA because I realized it very late and when you’re back home, you want to go back!

CANADA (VANCOUVER) - Liesbet
When people ask me about Vancouver, I don’t know where to start.  The city is so amazing.  On the one hand, you have the city life and, on the other hand, you get the mountains, the ocean, the beach and the magnificent Stanley Park.  On top, the people are really friendly and the food is great.  So don’t hesitate and come to Vancouver.  Fun guaranteed!

USA (BOSTON) SUMMER PROGRAM - Els
It was a great experience for me.  I learned a lot, not only English.  Now I have international friends and I hope I can see some of them next year when I will be back...  in the USA!

AUSTRALIA (SYDNEY) SUMMER PROGRAM- Cécile
One of the best holidays that I ever spent!

CANADA (TORONTO) Floortje
The whole of my experience in Canada was wonderful.  The beauty of Canada as a country, my host family who treated my like I was one of their own, the number of friends I made, the magnificent teachers and interesting lessons at the college…   All made it one of those things you’ll always cherish in your heart.   I had the luck of having a host brother going to the college as well, so in the beginning he entertained me and introduced me to new people, but I can imagine how hard it must be to arrive at school, on your own.  I’d suggest that people from the International centre make a big(ger) effort to get people to feel at home, especially in the beginning.  I would encourage other people to get into the same adventure! You won’t regret it!

IRELAND (DUBLIN) SUMMER PROGRAM - Nathan
Hello !  Ireland ?  Wet and green.  You’ll be soaked to the skin but it will be very nice.  You’re very free after the courses and to visit Dublin or go to the beach with friends is very nice.  You’ll meet many friends and to keep in touch with them after is fantastic.  It’s a very good means to improve your English !  The most difficult ?  Maybe leaving from there.  So if you want to speak English, go there.  If you don’t want to, stay in Belgium but you’ll regret it afterwards

ENGLAND (BRIGHTON) - Philippe
Hello everybody ! My trip to Brighton was excellent. I met a lot of students and I have kept in touch with some students of many countries. The program was perfect : I had courses in the morning, the afternoons were free for visits, sport activities or simple stay with other students. Brightons offers a lot of possibilities to get fun in the night. So : « Thank you and I will be back »

I went for 3 weeks in Ireland in a host family and I found this experience really fantastic !  If I could do it again, I would choose a longer program !  Don’t be afraid to try !

MALTA - Stéphane
Malta is a good place to learn English. You meet poeple from aal around Europe. The country is very small so you are almost on walking distance from a place of interest. In Malta you can find a lot of cultural places to visit : the old cities, the prehistorical sites, the sialnd of Gozo, the Blue Lagoon,…

USA (NEW YORK) - Ben
I’ve been to New York for two months with WEP, which is the best organization in Belgium. When I arrived there I was surprised by the kindness of people around me. I had another really good experience: with my host family. Thank you to WEP. My trip was the best way to improve my english.”

I met different friends from aal country : Spain, Frans, Belgium, Italy, etc. Everybody was nice with everybody ! After my experience, I was more self-confident. I speak easier and I understand better. It’s magic ! It was fantastic !
